My name is Cheryl Davidson. I have been a Certified PersonalTrainer and Certified Nutrition and Wellness Specialist since 2005.
Once I became certified my career began at a local gym. It wasnt long before my schedule filled and I was full-time doing something that I love! I gained 3 years of experience at their facility becoming better at what I do and learning how I could run my own business. Given my excellent success rate at the gym I had the confidence to open my own studio in our new home in Niagara Falls.
We renovated the lower level of our backsplit home to open the business in 2008. With the support of my clientelle from the gym, I was soon running my business as a full-time trainer and group challenge coordinator. From there the word of mouth just continued to grow and so has my business. For the past five years now, I have been working as an independent professional trainer. I enjoy every minute of it and the freedom of being my own boss. I can already look back to many happy hours during which I was able to help my clients reach the goals they had set for themselves.
Although I have lots of experience and get fabulous results from my clients, it is extrememly important for me to continue my education. This allows me to keep things fun and interesting for my clients and to continue getting those excellent results.
I have since also become a:
Certified Gymstick Instructor and
Certified Tabata Bootcamp Instructor
My personal athletic experience involves competing in Adventure racing since 2006. In 2012 I competed in my 1st triathlon and am currently training to compete in summer of 2013 as well. Setting goals is an important part of everyones life and doing these events keeps me focussed on always taking my own personal fitness to the next level.
Personal training is my passion! I know I have helped so many people make an amazing difference in their lives. I take this job very seriously and consider it a gift to be in a position where I can offer the opportunity for better health, strength and wellness to other people every day.
